Rencell was launched in 2018 through Rencell Limited which has 6 share classes set up through a Section 12J fund structure.
Rencell Limited has in excess of R85 million in assets under management.
Historically, retail investors were limited in investing into these kinds of small cap funds. Investment access was limited to large family office, very high net worth individuals.
But things have changed. Anyone can now participate, and reap the benefits of investing into these fund structures – which is critical in stimulating growth in the economy, keeping funds onshore, creating jobs, and delivering returns to investors.
